Current Generation System Limited’s (“CGSL”) customers (including prospective customers who are in communication with CGSL regarding the supply of any goods or services, including the installation of power systems, and recipients of advice) agree to be bound by the Non-Credit and Installation Terms and Conditions (“Retail Terms”), unless they are a customer who has had a CGSL Credit Account Application approved by CGSL, at which point all business with CGSL conducted in respect of this approved credit account shall be subject to the Trade Credit Terms and Conditions.
